Cheese balls come in many different varieties, but one of my favorites is the garlic cheese ball. They are great as an appetizer or snack no matter what the occasion. I just set out a platter of gourmet crackers and toasted pita triangles along with a cheeseball. Nice and simple. This particular cheese ball is not homemade, but storebought. A shop I came across had all sorts of cured meats, cheese balls, delicious crackers and many other goodies. I couldn't help but purchase a few items including a garlic cheese ball! Although cheese balls seem to be simple to make, this storebought cheeseball was delicious and well worth it.
