Fried Chicken with Taro Tempura

This was a crunchy fried chicken dish that I had for dinner the other night. I simply took a
chicken breast and dipped it in whisked egg, then dipped in bread crumbs, and fried it until golden.
I used a storebought bernaise sauce to keep things simple and also used storebought tempura batter for the taro.
