Seafood and Bacon Penne

Seafood and Bacon Penne

2 cups cooked pasta
16 raw, peeled, deveined shrimp
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup of frozen corn and/or peas
4 slices of cooked bacon chopped
3/4 cup of alfredo or tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a pan. Add shrimp and cook thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix in pan for a few minutes. Put pasta onto plates and serve with bread if preferred.
Makes 2-3 servings. bn
